Add to these cost and logistical issues the increasing voices of ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS regarding the use of injection wells and aquifer drawdown and heavy handed GOVERNMENTAL OVERSIGHT activities being implemented around the country regarding oil and gas frac activities.

To date, ALL proposed "solutions" to these difficult issues have consistently failed to:

(1)     Provide substantial recovery levels for water reuse; and most importantly
(2)     Effectively deal with extraordinarily high levels of dissolved solid materials and hardness present in the flow back water.

High recovery and efficient recycling capabilities now permit precise insertion of selected water qualities and other elements into the frac process so as to optimize the subterranean shale restructuring process.

Finally, the waste recycling process provides fresh water of virtually any desired quality for on-site use or resale to local agricultural, ranching or municipal users.

Modular systems which can each process up to 2400 barrels(100,000 US gallons) of frac water every 24 hours will be available soon for deployment anywhere in the 48 states, Alaska and Mexico. Larger systems for further processing can be deployed at centralized recycling locations within individual oil or gas fields.

The ultimate objective of this advanced technology is to reduce or completely eliminate injection wells or surface disposal of waste water products from the various site operations.

As shown in the above diagram, upcoming enhancements of these new and advanced capabilities will include the extraction or separation of various oils, metals and salt slurries from the flow back water for resale to local or regional commercial entities.
