System Specifications:

BAGGING SYSTEM

4-Position automatic bagging operation

100 - 1 liter pouches per minute(120K/24 hours with shift/maintenance breaks)

Computer-adjustable(PLC) pouch size with no film changeout.

Easy opening or side-slit for straw. Straw separate or packed with pouch.

Customized clear plastic film to ensure strong and leak-free pouches(colors available)

WATER PRODUCTION SYSTEM

Double-pass desalination system for seawater, brackish or fresh water operation.

Touch-screen, computer controlled double-pass reverse osmosis operation to optimize water processing system, and reduce waste water and control water purity while operating in a wide variety of source water conditions.

No chemical pretreatment(considered too hazardous for quantity of chemicals required, transportation difficulty, bulk storage hazard and anticipated remote environments); instead, use double pass and Clean in Place(CIP) technology, PLC operated.

Filmtech reverse osmosis technology: 8" x 40" membranes

Clean-in-Place(CIP) technology

Ozone and UV sanitization to ensure bottled water quality regardless of input water conditions.

2-hour scheduled cleaning(every 1 - 2 months)

CONTROL SYSTEM

Computer controlled; proprietary, programmable logic controller(PLC) operation. Touch screen setup for operational speed, pouch size, diagnostics, operational parameter readouts.

POWER SYSTEM

Continous operation, sound-attenuated diesel generator: ~ 500 KWH capacity
Power for Baggers ~50 KWH/unit x 4 units = 200KWH
Power for Water Processor, UV and Ozone System: ~70HP or ~100KW
System operates at 60% of generator capacity for long life and minimum maintenance.

Eliminate Reverse Osmosis and Diesel generator: incorporate box packaging activity in same 40' container. External purified water and highly regulated diesel power(~200KWH required)

Notes:

We highly recommend integrated water processor and generator: generator interface with bagger technologies must be near exact power and electrical match or damage to any commercial bagger may occur.

We recommend integrated water processor which will provide widest range of adaptability to local water conditions(salt water, brackish, fresh) as well as ensure sanitary product by way of ozone and UV treatment. This is basically commercial grade bottled water quality.
