CARBONATION TECHNOLOGY FOR YOUR BOTTLING FACILITY

This carbonation system combines a de-gassing system, chiller and CO2 mixer.

The beverage is first filled into the de-gas tank; the Carbon Dioxide is injected into the the tank to remove extra oxygen from the beverage.

Then the beverage is pumped into the chiller and is cooled to a present temperature. The cooled beverage is then pumped into the mixer to be mixed with a predetermined amount of CO2. The beverage is now carbonated.

Note: if the carbonated beverage is being produced in an environment where the ambient temperature is tens of degrees higher than the bottled, carbonated beverage, it is necessary to heat the filled beverage bottle to room temperature in order to prevent "sweating" on the bottle exterior. If the bottle is packaged in this sweating condition, the package may become excessively we and create structural and potential contamination problems after packaging.
