Specify the date by which you want the bottling equipment available on site:

Note: (our current lead time on new equipment purchases such as bottlers, blow molders and distillers is approximately 14 weeks).

Occasionally, we are able to obtain used equipment for these purposes. It is thoroughly reconditioned and tested for several days of continuous operation and, optionally, re-warranted for a period of time at extra cost if desired.

If you are interested in used, reconditioned or re-warranted used equipment, please indicate:

Tell us about the quality of the source water which will be used for your bottling activity.

Do you have a laboratory report for the source water you will be using?

If you have a lab report, fax it to us at 1-805-773-4409 at the time you fill out this form.

WE WILL NOT CONDUCT ANY DESIGN ACTIVITIES WITHOUT A COMPLETE WATER ANALYSIS.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE A LAB REPORT, WE RECOMMEND YOU PROCEED TO THAT POINT BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST.

SMALL FORMAT BOTTLING QUESTIONS

I would like to bottle my water in the following standard sized bottles:(hold down shift key to select more than one bottle size)

How many small format bottles do you wish to bottle and pack every 24 hours?
.
How many small format bottles(total) do you wish to produce in the first year?
If you are thinking in terms of "cases", remember there are 24, 0.5 liter bottles per case and 12 of the larger sizes per case.
How do you wish to package the small format bottles?

DO I MAKE OR BUY MY SMALL FORMAT BOTTLES?

On-site Blowmolding - saving money, time and eliminating logistical problems

How do you plan to obtain your small format bottles?

This may be a critically important issue, particularly if you are overseas and some distance away from a reliable supply of pre-made bottles.

If you are unfamiliar with blowmolding small format(PET) bottles on the premises of the bottling facility, click HERE for more information.

If you would like to review some of the financial benefits of blow molding your own PET bottles, go HERE.

When you purchase pre-blown PET bottles they come in a standard size and shape.

However, if you make your own bottles, they can be produced in selected colors as well as in a custom size or shape.

FACILITY, INSTALLATION AND TRAINING

Do you currently have a candidate facility for your bottling system? Yes - No

If Yes, please describe briefly:

If you do not have a facility located or do not know size and other features required, once we have worked with you to define your system we can give you some general guidelines as to what type and size facility may be appropriate and how the equipment can be laid out.

We do not do civil engineerng work; that part you will be responsible for; however, under contract we will be providing you with electrical, water and other interface requirements so your personnel or facility contractor can construct the facility to accommodate your new bottling system.

Worldwide On-Site Technical Support & Training

This is the best part...

We have highly trained technicians who can install, bring on line and train on-site most anywhere in the world.

We are currently not sending technical personnel to Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Libya, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Jordan, North Korea, Lebanon or Palestinian held portions of Israel.

If you plan to have us build equipment for these areas, you will need to bring your personnel to our factory to be trained on proper installation, operation and maintenance of your new system.

IF YOU HAVE FILLED OUT THE ABOVE QUESTIONNAIRE COMPLETELY, WE WILL CONTACT YOU BY RETURN E-MAIL AND GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF WHEN WE CAN FORMALLY RESPOND WITH A UNIQUE WEBSITE URL WHERE YOU CAN REVIEW THE TECHNICAL AND COST ESTIMATES BASED ON YOUR RESPONSES ABOVE. FOR EXAMPLE: www.aquatechnology.net/yourcompanyname.html.

Once a preliminary design is accepted by you, we can cut a CD for you illustrating the various major components in your system. Each system is different, so we must progress beyond the initial design point in order to cut that CD.
